Home Inspections
The home inspection fee is $120 per hour with a minimum one hour charge. Most homes can be measured in 1-2 hours depending on size. During a home inspection I measure the dirty electricity levels in the home, the wireless in and outside the home, ground current, and identify problematic magnetic fields. A written report can be provided but it is a separate charge and based on the hourly charge above. A travel fee may be added for locations further than 1 hour from Chippewa Falls, WI. If you live farther than 1 hour away consider doing a virtual inspection.
The cost of the virtual inspection is $575. With this inspection you will receive the following equipment to use for one week: HFE 35C, HFW 35C, Trifield 100XE, Fluke 287, and a microsurge meter.
I then work with you over the phone or through Skype to answer any questions you have and to explain the readings that you are seeing. I will also explain how you can reduce these numbers. This is the best way to find out if there are any problem areas in your home. At the end of the inspection, you will send back the equipment back using prepaid postage. Failure to return equipment, returning damaged equipment, or keeping the equipment longer than one week will result in extra charges.
I also offer consulting over the phone or through video chat at a rate of $30 per 15 minutes.
